very enjoyable experience there. tastefully decorated & brand-new unit with breakfast included. hard-working and really helpful staff interactions. excellent, particularly good location in shumen, close to the great monument, local ground restaurant, where food was very good, and a bus stop and taxi rank.

I wished to find a computer connected to the internet in this hotel, as I did not have a notepad, but I needed internet at least 15 mins/day.

Convenient location close to the city center, a cozy local restaurant, and a beautiful mosque nearby. it's just a stone's throw away from the main street with plenty of shops. They serve up some seriously tasty dishes around here! 🍲

The room is comfortable and with large bed. The Panoram restaurant impressed me with its exquisite cuisine and the view over the city!

I booked a room in Shumen hotel.When I arrived at the hotel the staff surprised us by giving us higher category because we had already made our reservation by Booked.net.. The room was great, cosy, and calm. I visited the Panorama restaurant. I was surprised by the incredible view of the city, the Shumen’s fortress ,the monument 1300 years Bulgaria,and the Tombul mosque. The surprises kept to continue after they served us delicious specialities. The staff of the hotel was very kind and helpfull. With great pleasure I will stay at the Shumen hotel again.

The double room I was given had excellent air conditioning and toiletries. the employees were efficient and excellent. - the service was very good. - the food was local. - the hotel's location was absolutely perfect, right next door to a bus stop, taxi rank, Tombul Mosque and monument, and all the shops were very convenient.
